Terms of Service

1. Acceptance

By using Doc Typer (the "Service"), you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. The Service

Doc Typer types text into Google Docs you authorize on your behalf, simulating human typing. You are responsible for the content you submit and for ensuring you have the right to insert it into the chosen document.

3. Accounts

You authenticate via Google. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activity that occurs under it.

4. Acceptable use

Do not use the Service to violate any law, infringe intellectual property, submit academic work in violation of your institution's policies, generate spam, or harass others. We may suspend accounts that abuse the Service.

5. Credits & payment

Paid plans and credit packs are billed through our payment processor. Subscriptions renew until canceled. Credits purchased as one-time top-ups do not expire but are non-refundable. Free credits and promotional credits may be revoked at any time.

6. Refunds

All purchases are final. If you believe you were charged in error, contact support and we will review on a case-by-case basis.

7. Third-party services

The Service relies on Google APIs. Your use of Google services is also governed by Google's terms. We are not responsible for changes or downtime in third-party services.

8. Disclaimer

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation or that typing jobs will always complete successfully.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim related to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

10. Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms.

11. Changes

We may update these Terms. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
